In the article the stability problem in time (during 20042014) spatial unevenness of the road accidents weight in the Russian Federation is considered. Following the researches results the conclusion is drawn on existence of quantitative and qualitative stability of spatial unevenness of regional motor transportation accident rate in the Russian Federation.

In the article is studied the direct impact speed of the car, the coefficient of friction and the total stopping distance of the traffic intensity on the condition of emergence of break down. Also, the values of the maximum intensity of the movement of the vehicle is depending on the speed of vehicles and the coefficient of clutch on condition of emergence of break down.
